Halloween Extravaganza returns October 31, 2026 as Interstellar Nightmare, an invite-only, 21+ night at the Otonomus Hotel's O-Bar and Patio in Las Vegas. The room becomes the wreckage of a research vessel that lost contact with home, half-lit by failing emergency systems and worked by costumed atmosphere dancers and pop-up performers. Trap violinist Clejan headlines a 45-minute set closing his national tour, with Stormie Andrews as MC. The night builds to the Costume Championship, where 2025 winner Gio defends his crown. VIP adds a private lounge, Galactic Bites, and gift bags.
